Ohio custody status can change quickly. A person may move from police custody to a county jail, from a county jail to a regional jail, from jail to ODRC, from ODRC to supervision, or from local or federal criminal custody to immigration detention. A non-result in one system does not prove that the person is not in custody.
Rosters, court pages, agency directories, facility details, fees, visitation rules, and public-record links may change without notice. Before visiting a facility, sending money, relying on a release date, or making a safety decision, verify the information with the official office that maintains the record. In an emergency or immediate safety threat, call 911 or the appropriate official agency.
