When you type a name, place, or other search term into a partner-powered search box, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Ohio Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms or use them to create official inmate, jail, court, or consumer reports.
Messages and Corrections
If you send a message, correction request, or similar submission, the information you provide may be used to review the issue and respond. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical facts, victim safety plans, sealed case details, juvenile information, or other sensitive material through a general contact message.
Automatic Data
Like most websites, this site may receive technical information when a page loads. This data helps measure performance, diagnose errors, and understand which Ohio record-routing pages are used most often.

Advertising and analytics partners may also collect data on their systems, including activity across websites, to measure traffic or deliver interest-based ads.
